About the role

Join Levi's® as a Sales Stylist in Berlin, working 20‑30 hours per week. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style through iconic denim.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver personalized service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Handle store operations such as tills, fitting rooms, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a desire to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
