Vice President Internal & Partner Communications – Europe & North Africa (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Vice President of Internal & Partner Communications will shape and execute the communication strategy for Accor’s owners, talent, and hotel teams across Europe and North Africa. Based in either Munich or London, the role drives consistent messaging that builds trust and supports regional business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a communication strategy for corporate offices, hotel teams and owners.
• Craft and adapt key messages aligned with regional business priorities.
• Lead change‑communication initiatives to boost employee engagement.
• Organise bi‑annual gatherings, handling logistics and content.
• Create formats that facilitate dialogue between senior leadership and staff at all levels.
• Coordinate communications across departments to ensure a unified brand voice.
• Manage and develop the Internal & Partner Communications team for the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Economics or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in communications, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to build relationships with employees and senior leaders.
• Creative thinker who can translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong ability to define core messages that align with company strategy.
• Outgoing personality with networking interest.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
