Warehouse Coordinator – Offshore Operations

About the role

Join Vestas' Offshore Supply Chain Department as a Warehouse Coordinator, supporting service vessels and jack‑up vessels that maintain wind turbines across European seas. You will ensure the smooth flow of spare parts, tools, and equipment, coordinating with technicians and service teams to keep offshore operations running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, issue, receive, and track materials and spare parts for offshore technicians.
• Maintain stock records in SAP ERP and conduct regular inventories.
• Coordinate transport, customs clearance, and port call logistics.
• Manage PPE, hoists, testing tools, and schedule calibrations.
• Handle waste disposal on vessels and during off‑loading at ports.
• Support ad‑hoc spare‑part deliveries to wind farms and assist service site management with organisational tasks.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or degree in warehouse management, logistics or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the wind industry.
• Full driving licence and knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
• Strong English communication skills and awareness of health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP/AX ERP systems.
• Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and transport‑management systems (TMS).
