Warehouse Team Leader – Shift Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee shift operations at our logistics site in the Diemelstadt area. In this full‑time position you will combine operational strength with leadership to keep daily warehouse processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities during your assigned shift.
• Manage and support operational staff, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.
• Meet productivity targets and monitor key performance indicators.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a shift lead or team supervisor in logistics, fulfillment or production.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Good command of German or English.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Valid German driver’s licence.
