Wholesale Channel Marketing Manager – Germany (1‑Year FTC)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Wholesale Channel Marketing Manager to lead the German wholesale (brick‑and‑mortar) channel. You will shape and execute the marketing strategy, drive brand equity and boost consumer engagement across our wholesale partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Wholesale Channel Marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with global brand priorities.
• Plan and execute in‑store activations, brand campaigns and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Create marketing tools, promotional programmes and sales‑enablement materials to increase footfall and sell‑out performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Merchandising, Brand Experience and Marketing teams.
• Manage channel‑marketing budgets, monitor performance and optimise ROI using data‑driven insights.
• Build strong relationships with wholesale partners and coordinate with European Channel Marketing teams.
• Identify market opportunities and consumer trends to continuously improve initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive marketing experience within a global consumer, fashion, lifestyle or retail brand.
• Background in Wholesale, Retail Marketing, Channel Marketing or Brand Activation.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into impactful plans.
• Proven experience working in cross‑functional, matrix organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
