Senior Shop Manager – Online Retail (Cologne)

About the role

The Senior Shop Manager will own the end‑to‑end operation of live online shops, driving daily updates, campaign launches, testing and AI‑enabled optimisation. You will act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement across a portfolio of more than 20 e‑commerce sites.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day shop changes, including hero banners, discount logic, content updates and asset implementation.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from launch to localisation, expanding shops into new markets with language, currency and payment adaptations.
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests based on clear hypotheses, and implement data‑driven improvements to conversion and the customer journey.
• Utilise AI tools to generate test ideas, create QA checklists, adapt content across shops and accelerate reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce shop management, online project management or product ownership.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects on tight timelines.
• Comfortable with data‑driven decision making, A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
• Fluent English with daily collaboration across international teams.
