Women's Accessories Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative designer to develop women’s accessories for the PUMA brand, translating product briefs into cohesive collections that reflect PUMA’s DNA while balancing innovation and commercial viability.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret product briefings and generate conceptual design ideas for women’s accessories.
• Maintain a consistent brand interpretation across all designs, ensuring a strong balance between innovation and commerciality.
• Collaborate closely with the Design team, Teamhead Design Accessories and the Creative Director to refine designs to a high level of detail.
• Support the product development process from sketch to finished product, producing designs, tech packs and specifications.
• Provide market intelligence on colour, material and trend insights for seasonal presentations.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of design experience, preferably in accessories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with 3D design tools is a plus.
• Self‑starter attitude, strong graphic and material sensibility, and ability to sketch detailed concepts.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to travel domestically or internationally.
