About the role

We are seeking a Work‑Study Assistant to support the Financial Aid office at the Stuttgart Campus of Phillips Community College. This part‑time position offers students an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a state agency environment while earning a work‑study award.

Key responsibilities

Answer phone calls and greet visitors, directing students to appropriate resources.
Sort, file, and copy documents related to financial aid processing.
Perform general clerical duties as assigned, ensuring smooth office operations.
Travel to off‑site locations when required for assignments.

Required profile

High School Diploma or GED.
Eligible for a work‑study award and have an awarded financial aid award.
Reliable transportation for off‑site assignments.

Required skills
