Working Student – IT Service Desk (m/f/d)

About the role
Join IGEL Technology as a Working Student on the IT Service Desk in Augsburg. You will support daily IT operations, helping users and ensuring that devices run smoothly while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing tech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provision IGEL OS and Windows devices for end users.
- Provide first‑level assistance and basic troubleshooting for user issues.
- Work with Microsoft Entra and Active Directory to manage identities.
- Create and configure new user accounts.
Required profile
- Enrolled in a STEM‑related degree program for at least the next six months.
- Highly independent, proactive and service‑oriented.
- Strong endurance and ability to handle multiple requests.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
