Working Student – Software Development (Cloud Services)

About the role

Join Bosch eBike Systems in Berlin as a Working Student in Software Development. You will contribute to cloud services that power the Bosch eBike Flow app, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud‑based components for the eBike Flow application.
• Write, test, and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyse metrics to drive product improvements.
• Create prototypes or proofs of concept, including optional app or web front‑ends.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program related to Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, problem‑solving teams.
• Available on‑site in Berlin for a 6‑month period, 10 hours per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) is a plus.
