Workplace IT Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Workplace IT Engineer to ensure that all Lemon.markets employees have the tools, access and hardware they need to work efficiently from day one. You will own the end‑to‑end employee IT experience in a highly regulated FinTech environment, from onboarding through off‑boarding and daily support.

Key responsibilities

• Provision devices, accounts and role‑based access for new hires and securely de‑provision departing employees.
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle – ordering, enrollment, repairs, returns and inventory tracking – to keep a compliant, audit‑ready device estate.
• Operate and continuously improve core workplace platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian tools and device‑management solutions.
• Troubleshoot day‑to‑day workplace IT issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external partners.
• Document procedures, refine service‑desk workflows and automate repetitive tasks to scale the IT function.
• Collaborate with Compliance, ICT Risk and Technology Foundations to enforce access‑management and device‑compliance controls.

• Strong orientation towards delivering a seamless employee experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with People, Engineering, Compliance and external vendors.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
