Account Manager

About the role

Adyen is looking for a proactive Account Manager to join its Berlin team. You will work with a portfolio of mid‑sized, fast‑growth merchants across multiple industries, helping them maximise the value of Adyen’s payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with assigned merchants, focusing on customer satisfaction and reducing churn.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive commercial discussions to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with fellow Account Managers and internal support teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Prioritise and manage short‑ and long‑term initiatives across multiple accounts.
• Provide analytical insights and support merchants in leveraging Adyen’s data and financial products.
