About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Assistant to provide administrative, operational and coordination support across multiple business functions. The role involves managing daily operations, schedules and documentation while ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments and organize meetings.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Handle internal and external communications and coordinate administrative processes.
- Support operational activities, track project progress and manage databases.
- Conduct research, organize documentation and assist with workflow improvements.
- Provide general support to team members and management as needed.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professionalism, reliability and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
- Background in Business Administration, Office Administration or related fields is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, databases and document management systems.
- Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
