AI Strategy & Enablement Lead

About the role

This position drives enterprise‑wide AI transformation in Germany, linking leadership vision with practical implementation. You will identify high‑impact AI use cases, build capability across teams, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement initiatives by spotting and scaling high‑value use cases across functions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define AI priorities, align strategy, and promote AI‑powered ways of working.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI projects as the bridge between leadership and execution.
• Design and deliver scalable AI literacy programs, including training, onboarding materials, prompt libraries, and reusable workflows.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of existing AI tools to maximise ROI.
• Maintain enterprise AI knowledge‑sharing systems and champion best practices.
• Monitor AI industry trends and recommend adoption, pilots, or de‑prioritisation.
• Measure and report AI impact using metrics such as productivity gains, time savings, and business ROI.
• Ensure responsible AI usage in collaboration with security, compliance, and leadership.
• Support cross‑functional execution and sustain adoption through structured change management.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in AI enablement, transformation, strategy, operations, or high‑growth tech environments.
• Strong practical fluency with AI tools and ability to scale them across business functions.
• Proven track record leading change initiatives and driving organisational adoption of new tools.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills, influencing from individual contributors to executives.
• Coaching mindset with experience building capability and enabling independent team work.
• Highly structured, analytical thinker able to turn ambiguity into clear plans.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to align stakeholders.
• Bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement in fast‑changing environments.
