About the role

Infosys is looking for a Business Development Director (Hunter) to design and execute a focused market strategy for the Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail and Logistics sectors in Germany. The role will drive net‑new business, build a robust pipeline and position Infosys as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

Identify and win new service deals in the target verticals.
Represent Infosys to the market and strengthen its industry leadership.
Leverage Infosys’ technology, industry and service capabilities to craft solutions that solve client business challenges.
Provide visionary direction for developing platform solutions.

Required profile

Proven experience closing large‑value deals.
Track record of building relationships with CXOs of leading organisations.
Hands‑on experience creating and presenting proposals.
Strong negotiation skills for complex, high‑value offers.
Leadership, communication and presentation abilities.
