Business Development & Go-to-Market Lead – DACH

About the role
ScoutRex, an early‑stage talent intelligence startup, is seeking a Business Development & Go‑to‑Market Lead for the DACH region. You will own the end‑to‑end pipeline, represent the company to German enterprises and HR teams, and help shape our market entry and positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Research, identify, and approach German enterprises and HR teams to generate pilots and early partnerships.
- Act as the face of ScoutRex in pitches, partnership meetings, university networks, and HR‑tech events.
- Craft pitch materials, presentations, and outreach content while shaping messaging and positioning.
- Support enterprise procurement conversations and engage with Works Councils (Betriebsrat).
- Localize product content for the DACH market and relay customer feedback to the founders.
- Develop and execute digital marketing and SEO strategies for the DACH region, managing local search presence, creating region‑specific content, running targeted campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.
Required profile
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and inform business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in lead generation and market research, with a knack for identifying opportunities and analyzing competitor trends.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Proven track record in business development within the DACH market (strong advantage).
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Self‑starter attitude with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Prior experience in startup environments or talent intelligence solutions is a plus.
