CNC Setup Operator – Plant Hemer

About the role

Grohe is seeking a full‑time CNC Setup Operator for its Hemer plant. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining CNC machining equipment to ensure smooth, high‑quality production of bathroom and kitchen components.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and tool CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, industrial robots, Zippel washing systems, and leak testing systems.
• Maintain production flow while meeting quality, cost, and on‑time delivery targets.
• Train colleagues on the operation of production machines.
• Approve production processes with attention to quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify production disruptions and implement corrective actions such as tool changes.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Optimize processes, tool usage, and program efficiency.
• Actively participate in team activities.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in a recognized metalworking profession (e.g., cutting machine operator or toolmaker) with at least three years of experience.
• Proven experience with CNC machining centers.
• Good German language skills.
• Resilience, teamwork, and strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in a multi‑shift environment.
