Construction Manager – Energy Projects

About the role

Join Denys Energies as a Construction Manager and play a pivotal role in Germany’s energy transition. You will lead on‑site construction activities for complex energy infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on your assigned site section.
• Lead the collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and skilled workers.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., VOB, DIN standards).
• Plan material usage, manage deliveries, and supervise machinery and personnel.
• Record performed services, variations, and support the billing process.
• Maintain close communication with clients, authorities, and internal project teams.

Required profile

• Completed degree in civil engineering, technical diploma, or foreman/supervisor training.
• Several years of hands‑on site management experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and solution‑oriented abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, authorities, and project teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany and work regularly on‑site.
