Construction Services Coordinator

About the role

CloudHQ is looking for a Construction Services Coordinator to oversee construction activities within live tenant areas of its European data centre sites. The role requires coordinating with operations teams, contractors and tenant representatives to ensure work is carried out safely, without disrupting critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and schedules to identify operational impacts.
• Evaluate Method Statements and Risk Assessments for compliance with safety, environmental and tenant requirements.
• Manage submission, tracking and approval of permits, MSRAs and related documentation via tenant platforms.
• Attend critical works on‑site to monitor adherence to approved methods, safety procedures and LOTO protocols.
• Report and mitigate risks such as dust, vibration, noise or temperature fluctuations.
• Coordinate access, system shutdowns and permit approvals with tenant representatives.
• Conduct post‑construction inspections and ensure all punch‑list items are closed before handover.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with strong focus on safety and operational continuity.
• Proven experience working in live data‑centre or similar high‑availability environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple European locations.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Risk assessment and Method Statement evaluation.
• LOTO (Lock‑out/Tag‑out) procedures.
• Permit and documentation management.
• Knowledge of EU and local safety regulations.
