CRM Marketing Manager

Almedia is building the future of marketing by rewarding a community of over 70 million users. We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to become the technical and operational backbone of our lifecycle ecosystem, driving sophisticated email and multi‑channel campaigns at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end technical health of our CRM platform (Braze), including Canvas architecture, Liquid scripting, QA, deliverability monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Design, implement and maintain complex lifecycle journeys (activation, retention, reactivation) with a long‑term perspective.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to define custom attributes, events and API triggers, ensuring seamless data flows and accurate audience segmentation.
• Build and enforce a rigorous experimentation framework that goes beyond basic A/B tests to multi‑touch, multi‑channel experiments.
• Proactively identify and resolve deliverability issues such as spam placement, IP reputation and send‑time logic.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a Braze power‑user, comfortable with Canvas, Liquid scripting, Connected Content and audience orchestration.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to read API documentation and communicate effectively with backend engineers.
• Analytical mindset that traces data flows to diagnose low open rates, delayed triggers or mis‑firing segments.
• Experience managing email deliverability at scale and fixing spam‑folder placement problems.
