Customer Service Manager – European Shared Services

About the role

Reporting to the VP of Global Service, you will partner closely with Commercial, Service and other departments to deliver a seamless, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. The role is pivotal in advancing Nova Biomedical’s European Shared Services strategy and supporting the company’s transition to S/4HANA in 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day customer service operations, including order administration and handling customer inquiries.
• Build, coach and develop a high‑performing customer service team.
• Define and implement best‑practice policies, technologies and procedures.
• Ensure effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Use customer feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support the integration of subsidiaries and processes under the European Shared Services model.
• Assist the transition to SAP S/4HANA, aligning service processes with the new system.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading customer service or support teams.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Service and other departments.
• Experience with process integration across multiple subsidiaries is a plus.

Required skills

• S/4HANA (SAP) implementation knowledge
