Head of Region APAC

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Region APAC to drive commercial development and operational excellence across the Asia‑Pacific markets. In this senior leadership position you will shape regional strategy, lead a high‑performing team and ensure sustainable growth for our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the APAC regional team, fostering collaboration and executing business priorities.
• Own P&L performance, including planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Design and implement growth strategies based on market trends, opportunities and customer needs.
• Support product launches and coordinate commercial, marketing and training activities with internal and external partners.
• Manage and expand relationships with regional distributors and business partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee commercial processes within the partner network.
• Coordinate supply‑chain forecasting, order tracking and related activities with stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, management or a related field.
• Extensive experience in international commercial leadership, with strong exposure to APAC markets, preferably in pharma, healthcare or life‑science sectors.
• Proven track record managing regional operations and partner networks in complex, regulated environments.
• Demonstrated success in product launches, commercial strategy execution and market development.
• Leadership experience building and developing high‑performing international teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Strong business acumen, intercultural competence, entrepreneurial mindset and solid project‑management capabilities.
