Digital Health Nurse – Remote/Hybrid (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English Digital Health Nurse to join Eucalyptus’s Juniper program in Germany. You will work remotely or in a hybrid setting, providing personalised medical support to patients using GLP‑1 medication and our digital care platform.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and responding to medical enquiries via email and phone.
• Providing medical advice and reassurance to Juniper patients.
• Managing medication side‑effects and symptom follow‑up.
• Documenting interactions and updating patient records.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of care processes and systems.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in German and English.
• Clinical background in nursing or related healthcare support.
• Strong patient‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid environment.
