Director, Global Engineering Project Manager

About the role

Teva is seeking a Director, Global Engineering Project Manager to lead strategic engineering projects across its European manufacturing footprint. You will own the full project lifecycle, from concept through commissioning, ensuring alignment with regulatory, cost, quality, safety and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, charter, governance and resource plans.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, capital expenditure requests and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Identify milestones, conduct stage‑gate reviews and manage risk mitigation.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, coordinate commissioning and qualification activities, and report status to steering committees.
• Oversee project hand‑over, conduct lessons‑learned sessions and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach junior project managers and promote Teva’s global project management standards.
• Collaborate with Teva Lean Management System (TLMS) and other global functions to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑site engineering projects in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, capital project finance and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets, multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coaching and developing junior project managers.
