Director of Cybersecurity Services (Europe)

About the role

As Director of Cybersecurity Services for Europe, you will combine strong consulting, business and leadership expertise to expand Group-IB’s service portfolio, raise brand awareness and drive demand across the region. You will lead complex service engagements, shape customer journeys and ensure high‑quality delivery under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Generate cybersecurity service opportunities through client meetings and sales support for the full service portfolio.
• Manage the opportunity lifecycle, from application processing to post‑engagement follow‑up.
• Oversee service delivery, supervise projects, validate deliverables and present executive summaries to customers.
• Design and implement customer‑specific journey maps.
• Coordinate complex, multi‑practice projects involving cyber defence consulting, training, digital forensics, incident response and red‑team activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior consulting or leadership roles within the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong business development and client‑facing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale service projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
