Electrical Construction Manager – Advanced Manufacturing Facility

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead all electrical construction activities for a major data centre development in Saxony, Germany. The role is part of a high‑performing project team delivering a technically complex, mission‑critical facility in one of Europe’s fastest‑growing data‑centre markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure programme delivery.
• Drive safety, quality and commissioning readiness across all electrical packages.
• Monitor project progress, report milestones, risks and resource requirements.
• Work closely with project management, commissioning teams and client representatives.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, standards and German regulations.
• Support testing, energisation and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on large‑scale construction projects.
• Background in data‑centres, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other mission‑critical environments preferred.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors on fast‑paced projects.
• EU working rights preferred; English required, German beneficial.
