Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join Quipu, the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group. Quipu delivers end‑to‑end solutions for banks and financial institutions, covering electronic payments, software systems, hybrid cloud hosting and more.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture standards and governance framework aligned with business goals.
• Develop and lead architecture strategies, ensuring integrated solutions across interdependent technologies.
• Collaborate on critical steps of the software development life‑cycle that impact enterprise‑wide integration and architecture standards.
• Evaluate emerging technology roadmaps, conduct proof‑of‑concepts and assess adoption risks.
• Engage with board members, department heads and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and communicate architecture strategies.
• Design and implement automation and orchestration strategies for software delivery and cloud resource scaling.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs.
• Participate in PCI compliance audits with internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT or equivalent.
• Experience with analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of applications based on .NET Framework, IIS, Windows, WCF Services, Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services.
• Experience integrating work streams across Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Network Architecture, DevSecOps and Security domains.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Willingness to work with DevOps methodologies and public cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Availability to travel.
