Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage finance controlling activities, support budgeting, forecasting and provide financial insights for our engineering solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Track actuals versus budget and analyse variances.
• Support pricing, costing and bid calculations for customer proposals.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and rolling forecasts.
• Support long‑term business planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reports including P&L, cash flow and KPIs.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Improve financial processes, tools and reporting structures.
• Support automation and digitalisation of finance controlling activities.
