Frontend Engineer, Web Tooling

About the role

Wolt is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join the Web Tooling team within the DoorDash Developer Platform. The team builds the foundational platform used by hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash and Deliveroo to create internal operations tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own the runtime, build, deployment and developer experience for 200+ micro‑frontends.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions using TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to evolve shared components and libraries.
• Improve developer productivity through CI/CD pipelines and tooling enhancements.
• Lead technical initiatives and contribute to architecture and delivery planning.

• Proven ability to deliver reliable solutions across multiple product teams.
• Comfortable working on both frontend and occasional backend tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
