Full Stack Web Engineer

About the role

ENWAY, a Bucher Municipal company, is building autonomous street‑cleaning vehicles and needs a Full Stack Web Engineer to create the web applications that power fleet dashboards, operator portals, and internal tools. You will turn live vehicle telemetry and fleet data into clear, reliable interfaces for both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications, including frontend, backend, and APIs, for fleet monitoring and customer‑facing products.
• Design responsive dashboards and visualisations that display live vehicle status, telemetry, maps, and reports.
• Build robust REST and/or GraphQL APIs and data models, integrating with vehicle, telematics, and backend systems.
• Create internal tools that improve the efficiency of engineering, service, and operations teams.
• Own features from design through testing, deployment, and iteration based on user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, robotics/software, and operations teams.
• Help shape frontend/backend architecture, standards, and best practices as the digital product suite expands.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional full‑time experience building production web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Modern frontend framework (React, Vue or Angular) and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Node.js backend development.
• REST and/or GraphQL API design.
• Relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and data modelling.
• Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fundamentals of web security and API design.
