Guest Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Guest Room Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn located near Daytona Speedway. You will work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments and complete deep‑seasonal cleaning as scheduled.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Observe all house, safety, housekeeping, and security procedures.
• Return and restock cleaning carts at the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and co‑workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with local attractions and activities beneficial for guest recommendations.
