About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for an AI‑driven ERP startup. The role will transform an already proven product, used by DAX 40 and Fortune 500 customers, into a dominant commercial engine. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing large enterprise deals, and build a high‑performing growth team.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy, including demand generation, positioning and enterprise sales.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline that converts large‑scale enterprise interest into long‑term revenue.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and secure partnerships with global corporations and industry leaders.
- Define the sales playbook in the short term while recruiting and leading a world‑class growth team.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to align product evolution with market feedback.
- Make swift, data‑driven decisions that move the needle.
Required profile
- 2 + years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation or GTM within enterprise SaaS or high‑end consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑level revenue growth.
- Strong ability to own and execute a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, high‑stakes environment.
