HR Generalist – Recruitment & Onboarding

About the role

Welevel is looking for an HR Generalist to become the first point of contact for all hiring and onboarding activities. Based in our Munich office, you will shape the talent acquisition process in a fast‑growing AI‑powered game studio, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: write job descriptions, post vacancies, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, extend offers and coordinate onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment plans.
• Organise interview schedules, collect feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Prepare employment contracts and collaborate with leadership on compensation decisions.
• Support new employees throughout their onboarding journey and help refine internal HR processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or gaming.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Munich.
