Junior Manager Performance Marketing Europe

About the role

PUMA is looking for a Junior Manager Performance Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social, display and SEA campaigns across European markets. You will work within a full‑funnel, ROI‑driven framework, ensuring budgets align with performance targets and contributing to the brand’s digital growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimising paid social, display and SEA campaigns with large budgets.
• Monitor daily performance, analyse data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for all channels.
• Coordinate promotions and campaign execution with external agencies.
• Support the creation and optimisation of digital creative assets.
• Help maintain and improve product feed quality in collaboration with feed agencies.
• Contribute to roadmap projects by identifying priorities, bottlenecks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Initial internship or working‑student experience in digital marketing, media buying, analytics or e‑commerce is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn paid social, display and SEA concepts quickly.
• Comfort working with data, reporting and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
