Key Account Executive – Automotive (Google Cloud)

About the role

As a Key Account Executive on the Automotive team, you will sell Google Cloud solutions to the most strategic enterprises in the automotive sector. You will leverage existing C‑level relationships and build new ones to understand customer challenges and position Google Cloud as a strategic partner.

Key responsibilities

• Drive executive‑level sales for Google Cloud across automotive enterprises.
• Develop and expand relationships with CEOs, business unit leaders, and other C‑suite stakeholders.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from initial conversations to contract negotiation and consumption growth.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Advocate Google Cloud’s data, AI, and infrastructure capabilities to address strategic business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of quota‑carrying cloud or software sales experience, preferably in B2B.
• Proven track record managing and expanding executive relationships within the global automotive sector.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience negotiating sophisticated, multi‑year commercial agreements.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and partners in complex project implementations.
