About the role

Join the kitchen team at COCCODRILLO, a Big Mamma restaurant in Berlin, as a Kitchen Porter. You will play a vital part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by handling cleaning tasks and dishwashing while upholding strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the kitchen work areas, equipment, and floors.
• Wash, sort, and store dishes, utensils, and cookware efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.

Required profile

• Passion for Italian culture and restaurant kitchen service.
• Dynamic, eager to learn, and comfortable with challenges.
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English or Italian.
• Energetic, team‑oriented, and highly motivated.
