License Owner / Operator – Munich

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner / Operator to launch and run the Stranger Soccer brand in Munich. You will be responsible for building a vibrant football community, managing day‑to‑day operations and driving growth in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer activities in Munich.
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality game experience for participants.
• Continuously improve and scale operational processes.

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
• Experience in operations, events, community building or similar fields.
• Excellent communication and people‑leadership abilities.
