About the role
Join BASF's Global Business Services team in Berlin as a Payroll & HR Administration Specialist supporting the French business unit. You will work closely with local HR partners in France and internal teams in Berlin to ensure accurate payroll processing and high‑quality HR services.
Key responsibilities
- Process variable elements and prepare monthly payroll for French employees.
- Maintain and improve HR administrative processes in SAP HR and other HR systems.
- Prepare monthly and annual HR data reports.
- Ensure compliance with French legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise French‑based employees on HR topics and answer queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments, technical service providers, and European HR teams.
- Participate in digitalisation projects and share best practices across regions.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- First professional experience in HR, preferably with exposure to French payroll and social security regulations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a service‑oriented attitude.
- Fluent French and good English; German is a plus.
