Full‑cycle Recruiter – EMEA (Berlin)

About the role

Figma is looking for an experienced full‑cycle recruiter to help scale its EMEA workforce from our Berlin hub. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for Business and Go‑to‑Market teams, shaping pipelines and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruiting processes for Business and Go‑to‑Market functions across EMEA.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including VPs and executives, to define hiring needs.
• Source and build diverse, representative talent pipelines using data‑driven strategies.
• Develop and execute outreach tactics such as cold outreach, events, and content production.
• Champion Figma’s values and contribute to belonging, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Provide hiring insights and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth, SaaS environment.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership across the EMEA region.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Native or fluent German; French fluency is a plus.
• Passion for attracting top talent and promoting an inclusive hiring process.
