Product Designer – Digital Construction

About the role

GROPYUS is looking for a Product Designer to shape the future of digital construction. You will create intuitive, human‑centered solutions that bridge advanced manufacturing tools with on‑site construction workflows, turning data, insights and prototypes into real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design of digital products used in factory and construction environments.
• Run usability and concept testing with real users in live operations.
• Translate complex process flows into clear, tested design solutions.
• Collaborate with design, product management, research, insights and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the GROPYUS Design Language System, ensuring consistency across components and interactions.
• Share work openly, give and receive feedback, and help foster a growth‑oriented design culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Product, Interaction, Visual Design or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of proven product design experience, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
• Strong curiosity, collaborative mindset and ability to ask sharp, evidence‑based questions.
• Experience observing operations, gathering feedback and iterating designs based on real‑world use.
