UI/UX Designer Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong B2B SaaS web‑app experience to own meaningful product areas end‑to‑end. You will collaborate closely with customers, product managers, engineers, and go‑to‑market partners to simplify complex workflows and raise the overall design quality of our purpose‑built SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design from discovery through delivery: frame problems, map user flows, prototype, create high‑fidelity UI, and partner with engineers during implementation.
• Design complex B2B workflows that feel intuitive, fast, and “obviously correct” for enterprise users.
• Advance interaction design for whiteboard/canvas experiences, handling object models, editing states, spatial navigation, consistency, edge cases, and scalability.
• Build strong prototypes in Figma (and other tools when needed) to validate ideas early and align stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs post‑release based on user feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS web applications.
• Ability to own product areas end‑to‑end and deliver high‑quality design outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, including customers, product, engineering, and marketing.
