Project Manager – Building Services Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the building services engineering sector. The role involves overseeing technical concepts, tender documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate building services engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop, review, and finalize technical concepts, plans, and tender documents.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with architects, specialist planners, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Support bid preparation and cost calculations.

Required profile

• Completed degree or master craftsman qualification in building services or electrical engineering.
• Minimum two years of project management experience in building services plant construction.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑trade projects and strong negotiation skills.
• Independent work style with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Experience using project management tools.
