Project Manager – Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead the civil, structural and architectural packages of a flagship hyperscale data centre in Frankfurt. You will own the delivery from pre‑construction through commissioning and final hand‑over, ensuring safety, quality and programme performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all Civil, Structural and Architectural packages from design to hand‑over.
• Oversee site execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, programme and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client representatives across multiple work fronts.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure works meet European building standards, QA/QC procedures and HSEQ regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, manage snagging activities and report progress to senior management.
• Support design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Assist with commissioning support, documentation management and final hand‑over.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 + years experience managing CSA packages on large‑scale or mission‑critical projects.
• Experience in data‑centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or similarly technical environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of European construction standards, QA/QC and HSEQ requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex interfaces.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
