Project Manager – Digital Transformation in Pharma

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical clients in Germany. You will oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and other regulatory requirements.
• Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and reporting to executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life‑sciences sector.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex budgets.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Fluent English; German language skills are beneficial.
