Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology and fintech initiatives within a fast‑evolving digital payments environment. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with business goals. You will work in a collaborative, remote‑first setting that values ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of internal and external technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage customer communication, expectations, feedback collection, and reporting throughout project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, technical documents, and status reports.
• Ensure quality control, task prioritisation, deadline management, and successful delivery outcomes.
• Analyse project performance and provide recommendations for process optimisation and operational improvements.
• Develop presentations and reporting materials for leadership and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Background in fintech, payments, blockchain, or cryptocurrency‑related industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Analytical and process‑oriented mindset with a focus on operational improvement and efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in remote and cross‑functional international teams.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• PMI or similar project management certification is a plus.
