Recruitment Specialist – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Blieskastel. In this position you will support global talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on senior and specialist roles across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic recruitment initiatives for senior managers, specialists and key business functions.
• Manage the annual hiring plan and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes with a strong focus on active sourcing, executive search and international talent acquisition.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR Business Partners and the international recruitment community, providing market intelligence and strategic guidance.
• Handle searches beyond Germany and support recruitment activities across multiple regions and business units.
• Continuously improve recruitment operations through ATS excellence, KPI tracking, reporting, analytics and budget monitoring.
• Strengthen employer branding through networking, job fairs, university partnerships and external recruiting events.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of solid experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search, preferably in an international, matrix‑driven environment.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end recruitment for senior‑level, specialist or executive positions.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, direct search methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Ability to act as a strategic recruitment advisor, influencing hiring decisions and aligning activities with business priorities.
• Experience handling searches beyond the German market.
