Retail Store Supervisor – Sales & Operations (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive commercial performance across multiple store locations in Germany. The role is on‑site and ideal for candidates with a strong background in retail sales, shop management, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth performance and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, reporting, and basic administrative tasks.
• Track key performance indicators and implement actions to improve store results.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health‑and‑safety regulations, and retail procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, shop or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent German preferred; English is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work on‑site, including weekends and peak periods.
