Sales Manager – 120k OTE, Open to Recent Graduates

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive new business across the DACH region. The role is based in Munich and is open to recent graduates who are commercially sharp, outbound‑driven and eager to build high‑value client relationships in technical and engineering markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow verticals from scratch, managing the full commercial lifecycle from initial contact to repeat business.
• Partner with strategists and talent partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Drive outbound activity with depth and credibility, acting as a trusted advisor using data and market insight.
• Identify new revenue streams within existing accounts and sell into senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent German with strong commercial intelligence and analytical ability.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical value propositions.
• Comfortable selling to senior leadership and working onsite in Munich.

• Base salary €45,000‑€60,000 plus uncapped commission (16% on closed revenue).
