Senior Designer Kids Apparel

About the role

PUMA is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the end‑to‑end creation of Kids Apparel, from concept through final product. You will shape both performance‑driven and street‑culture‑inspired collections, ensuring they meet brand standards and resonate with young consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full design cycle for versatile kids’ garments, from ideation to production.
• Integrate product and technical developments into innovative design solutions.
• Maintain design quality that reinforces PUMA’s brand position and generates specific consumer demand.
• Collaborate with graphic, footwear and accessories teams to deliver holistic, 360° design concepts.
• Gather market intelligence on trends and translate insights into design direction.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Travel to factories to finalize prototypes and ensure design intent is met.
• Document and update design information in internal data systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience designing for leading fashion, lifestyle or sports brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across lifestyle, fashion and performance projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work autonomously or within diverse teams.
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of 3D design tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered design tools (optional but valued).
