Senior Lead Developer & Integration Architect – SAP CRM/IS‑U

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lead Developer & Integration Architect to design, develop, and modernise SAP CRM/IS‑U and S/4HANA Utilities solutions for our German and European customers. You will work on both legacy landscapes and new S/4‑based utilities applications, collaborating with on‑site and near‑shore teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement applications in SAP CRM/IS‑U and S/4HANA Utilities (quotation, campaign, lead management, digital contracting).
• Extend SAP CRM WebUI/ICWC interfaces and create Fiori/UI5 apps for S/4U scenarios.
• Own and optimise CRM middleware (BDOC/PI) and integration paths to S/4 environments.
• Analyse, prioritise, and resolve incidents and problems, driving continuous improvement.
• Support migration activities, ensure system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to S/4 Utilities road‑maps, prototype new technologies and coach offshore developers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SAP CRM/IS‑U development.
• Strong expertise in ABAP OO, OData/Gateway, BRF+ and SAP Workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM WebUI/ICWC customisations.
• Practical experience in S/4HANA Utilities projects and energy‑utilities processes.
• Fluent German (C2) and English.
• Comfortable working in agile, multicultural delivery environments.
